NOW! Visual Culture: New York 2012

NOW! Visual Culture, organized by Nicholas Mirzoeff at New York University, united the momentum of Occupy with the contemporary and historical scholarly inquiry of Visual Culture Studies. The weekend began with a series of flash presentations by leading VCS scholars and culminated in a demonstration with Occupy Education.

This was the first "official" IAVC conference.
